RETURNS | SHIPPING | CUSTOMER SUPPORT

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Spectroshade USA will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or a full refund of the product purchase price. 

 

  • Prior to sending in item(s) for exchange, please contact us by email and let us know what item(s) so we can make sure that we have the item(s) for exchange available. Please include your order number in the email.

  • Returns for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Credits will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned item(s).

  • Items returned must be in new and unused condition. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in the same condition that you received them.

  • We recommend that you send your returns/exchanges via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx so you have a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

  • If you misplaced your order number, please email us and we will send it to you. Any questions, please contact us through email or by phone.


SHIPPING POLICY

When the order ships, UPS or USPS website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

SPECTROSHADE USA Limited Warranty is a voluntary warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. As such, the SPECTROSHADE USA One-Year Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and it does not exclude, limit or suspend a buyer’s rights arising from consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the SPECTROSHADE USA One-Year Limited Warranty or under their consumer law rights. Customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs relating to warranty issues including shipment for repairs and replacement parts.

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Spectroshade USA, at its discretion will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
